How to feel good.......

Healing is the technique to vanish all negatives in mind. Through this we can feel excellent & do whatever we want to do. Here are the steps I really want to tell you : -

1. Put your physiology in a relax condition.
2. Breath in a normal way not take high breath & not slow.
3. Spread your hair.
4. Put your hands on head.
5. Feel 20 seconds.

For this you have to find a person who command you & put all his palm on your head.
